First, inform them of how BAD a move that is, particularly with php and MySql running on a solid Linux Apache Web server! However, if they really want to move to Windows (with all the viruses, security issues, and other real COSTS involved.), all you need to do is MOVE to Windows.
Install the Apache web server (there are windows versions) PHP and MYSQL will run as well. You can actually get the XAMPP for windows THEN the Apache and PHP MySQL packages or XAMPP.
PLEASE advise your company, they have lost their minds and they have added several dollars in expense as well. The actual hardware will need to be much faster and have more memory just to support the same number of users and they will have to BUY the OS.
(Most Web based programs are still on Linux/Unix systems these days and for very good reasons. Even Yahoo! Do an internet search to see, but that is the facts today!)
You can check Netcraft to see.
I absolutely second Tracy L’s opinion.
