I have a customer with a Windows Small Business sever 2003 that we setup with a basic VPN connection for remote users to access server files. Works great... except for this one Ubuntu user. I only know enough about Linux to barely qualify as a "user" so I have no idea what to do about his error. Google tells me that plenty of people report similar errors but apparently never get it fixed because I've seen no resolutions.
It *seems* like a network related probem like packet size or some other problem between the interpretation of SMB between the two platforms, but I really have nothing to go on. And then there is the VPN too.
Any thoughts?
