The opening price of this was $150. Amazon has a limit of one three-pack per household. The standard one-computer upgrade goes for $110, so this makes sense if you are upgrading two or three. Extra licenses may also come in handy if you find Vista computer bargains during Black Friday, Holiday specials or the post-Holiday clearance and want to upgrade them to W7.
