What RTF editor is used here at Multiply? Is it one of the open source RTF editors, or a home brew editor? The reason I ask is that many users will write their posts in MS Word and then cut and paste. Sometimes the formatting code used in MS Word will interfere and cause problems with the posts. Many of the open source editors have a built in paste from MS Word function that helps to avoid the problems that can occur with pasting a MS Word doc into the editor. TinyMCE; for an example, has such a paste from Word function. If Multiply is using a home brew editor, perhaps some consideration into adding a paste from Word function to the editor.
I understand that there are work arounds, for one, use a plain ASCII text editor locally instead of a word processor such as MS World.
