I need some advice on “Windows 7″? « Windows Tips And Tricks

Windows 7 is a wonderful new version of windows with a beautiful look and plenty of new features. If you’re are running a decent computer with at least 1gb of RAM memory, it should be able to run win7 very well, but if your rig is not up to those standards you may have trouble running it at a decent speed (meaning it will probably run very slowly). WinXP was the fastest and least problematic version of the windows platform. If your computer is an older model, I would suggest you stay with your current setup, but I can understand your desire for something fresh, and you do have options. You can upgrade to win7 which will run you about $ 100 for the basic or all the way up to $ 200 for the premium. (If you buy the win7 you can simply upgrade your computer without erasing all your files). Or, you can stay with your XP and simply download a win7 “skin” or “theme” that will give you that fresh look you want.
