LOL Get another drive or make partitions, that way you can have a safe spot for your important files should you need to re-install the OS. What it means is that you agree to Microsoft's EULA (End User License Agreement) and will only install the OEM version on one pc, Microsoft uses it's activation process to make sure you will only use it on one pc.
