Several days ago, I receive a review copy of the new edition of Microsoft Office for Mac. Unfortunately I can’t tell you anything about it yet. It is only for OS X 10.5.8 or later, and requires Intel processors. I have only a PowerPC-powered 12 inch iBook, which can’t run this office suite. I feel this is a very cruel way to tell me to buy a new Mac.
I am actually curious with Office for Mac, because I don’t really have any experiences with it. My iBook used to have a copy of Office 2004 installed, but I got rid of it because it was very slow.
Of course, you can find several reviews about Office 2011 already on the net.
