Microsoft released a new version of their monthly security releases ISO images which contain all the security patches of that month. This is not really suitable for home users who only have to patch one computer but a good way of patching computers in a network without having to download the patches from every computer manually.
I’m not that sure why Microsoft is not adding all past security patches on those ISO images as well which would make this more appealing to home users as well. I guess they want home users to use the Automatic Updates service instead.
This ISO contains the security bulletins MS07-063, MS07-064, MS07-065, MS07-066, MS07-067, MS07-068 and MS07-069. More details can be found on the download page which contains links to the patches in case you are wondering what they are actually patching.
