Hi, there is a button on the netbook that turns the webcam off to conserve battery life. You can turn the webcam off/on by holding down the blue Fn key on the bottom left of the keyboard, and pressing F6. This should turn on the webcam if it has been turned off. If that doesn’t work, try using MSI’s restore disk and see if it includes the webcam drivers and re-install them.
