E-tickets work just like regular tickets. They will be delivered via e-mail as an Adobe PDF attachment. Upon receiving the e-mail, simply open the attachment and print the tickets on standard letter size (8 ½” x 11”) paper in either black or white. Then, take the printed tickets to the event. At the event, the gate attendant will scan the bar code on the printed tickets (the bar code is the real key to the tickets) and you’ll proceed to your seats. Adobe Acrobat Reader is standard on most computers and can be downloaded for free at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html?ogn=EN_US-gntray_dl_get_reader. Questions? E-checks: For event tickets, funds for Paypal e-check payments must clear at least 15 days before the event (for non-e-mail tickets) or at least 10 days before the event (for e-mail tickets). If a purchase is made or auction won within 10 days of the event, e-check payments will NOT be accepted. Delivery Time: Tickets will ship within 1 business day of receipt and clearing of payment (unless stated otherwise in the item description). EXCEPTION: If tickets (either e-tickets or regular/hard tickets) are not yet available from the team/venue, they will ship as soon as StarStruck Tickets receives them. Normally, they are received/available several weeks prior to the team's first pre-season/regular season game. However, in some cases, they are only received/available days before the that first event. Even if that is the case, delivery in time for the game is guaranteed. Delivery Guarantee: Tickets are guaranteed to arrive in time for the event. In cases where delivery delays occur outside of the control of Star Struck Tickets – including, but not limited to, shipping company delays and weather-related delays – buyer will be requested to accept e-mail tickets, if available. If e-mail tickets are not available, hard tickets are guaranteed to arrive in time for the event, regardless of reason or fault. Star Struck Tickets is not responsible and guarantee will be voided if buyer provides an incorrect shipping address or shipping details. Shipping Address: StarStruck Tickets will ship to buyer's Paypal address (physical address for hard tickets or e-mail address for e-tickets). It is the buyer's responsibility to notify StarStruck Tickets of change of address or a ship-to address different than that listed in Paypal. Buyer is responsible for additional costs necessary to re-ship tickets to a different address. Other Shipping/Insurance: If other shipping methods are preferred, buyer will pay actual shipping cost plus $5.00 handling. Shipping insurance not included. Buyer will pay actual shipping insurance costs, if insurance is desired. Behavior: When purchasing tickets from StarStruck tickets, you and your guest(s) agree to behave in accordance with all team/event/stadium policies, procedures, rules, etc. You will be held financially liable for any actions that result in the team revoking ticket rights for this account. Financial liability will include any losses incurred including, but not limited to, legal expenses. Refund Policy/Event Changes: Event times and dates are subject to change. No refunds will be provided for any reason including changes in event dates/times. Tickets will be subject to the team's/venue's rainout/cancellation policy. Additionally, performers/players are subject to change (e.g., sports stars may be injured, opening acts may change, etc). Refunds for events that are cancelled outright (and not rescheduled) will be treated under the full refund policy below: The purchaser is guaranteed a full refund for their tickets if any of the following occur: The event is cancelled. The buyer is denied admission to the event, unless the denial is due to the action or omission of the buyer. The ticket(s) is/are not delivered to the buyer according to Star Struck Tickets’ stated delivery guarantees. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges simply cover the actual expense that is incurred to deliver the tickets to the buyer. Therefore, shipping on multiple ticket purchases can often be combined so that the buyer pays shipping only one time. Exceptions: Tickets that cannot be sent together due to in-hand availability (e.g., tickets for event A need to be sent immediately in order to arrive in time for the event, but tickets for event B are not yet available to be sent.) In these cases, shipping will need to be paid on both purchases E-tickets where a per-ticket charge is incurred to e-mail the tickets (this generally applies only to NFL and MLB tickets). Purchases of non-ticket items (e.g., memorobilia, souvenirs, etc.) For combined shipping, shipping costs will be the highest of any single ticket purchase. For example, if shipping is $1 for one purchase/item and $5 on another, the total shipping cost will be $5.
