I am a PC fan, but I would have to say, that if you already have both, for video, audio, and picture editing, you would be better off using your Mac, because that is where Macintosh is an expert in.
However, if you are deciding whether to get a new Mac or PC, I would say PC because they are more compatible with more programs.
I don’t know of any issues with the Mac version of Adobe CS4.
i would get the mac version especially if you use your mac more than your pc and i haven’t had any problems with any cs4 products on my mac and thats where macs special in (multimedia) the first versions of most of adobes products were originally mac only and if you need to run windows programs you can install windows (via bootcamp or virtual machine) on your mac or use crossover for mac which allows you to run windows programs on your mac but you need an intel based mac to do that (meaning the macbook,macbook pro,mac pro or imac not ibooks,powerbooks,emacs or power macs)
