Windows 7 - bsod windows 64 bit installing virtual pc 2007

Hai,I'm using windows 7 ultimate 64 bit in my acer 4736z.Today i installed virtual pc 2007(64 bit) in it..After creating a virtual machine, i closed the programme and turned my laptop off.When i rebooted it,It showed BSOD just before login screen appeared...I restored to time before virtual pc and windows is working fine.Can anybody tell me how can i use virtual pc in my laptop. System configuration: dual core processor , 3 gb ram, 320 gb hdd..No graphic card,64 bit operating system.
